Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our Product Department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions that drive the growth of Ctrl Alt's Platform. Your contributions will directly enhance our product offerings and strengthen our ability to expand the AUM of real-world assets issued by Ctrl Alt.

What you'll be doing
Competitor Analysis & Market Research: Analyse industry trends and competitor products to provide insights that inform product strategy and development.
Operational Model Development: Assist in designing and implementing scalable operational models to enhance our product offering and workflows.
Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing: Conduct thorough QA testing of our platform to identify bugs, improve product performance and uphold high quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with the CPO, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.
Requirements
Proven interest in startups and an understanding this isn't a graduate scheme - this is help build this business from day 1
Recent graduate in STEM or business management degree
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with teams like product, engineering and operations
Strong desire to work in an early stage Fintech
