Evolve is recruiting a niche Medical Device organisation, specialising in pioneering skin technology into the field of Dermatology, Anti-Ageing and Aesthetics.
Our client is in search of a recent graduate with significant experience in a target-based sales environment to join their sales team as a Graduate Medical Sales Representative.
This is a full time, permanent position with a supportive company, where you will be promoting their leading products into key NHS and private hospitals across the East and West Midlands.
Circa \xc2\xa325,000 to \xc2\xa330,000 DOE + bonus, car, pension, and career progression available!
Ideal Requirement for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
- Strong target-based sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
- Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
- Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
- To grow sales across their territory - building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales, product ideas and business development.
- Reporting on sales and managing the CRM database.
- Provide feedback on competitor products seen in the field and propose ideas for future products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Attending high profile events within your territory.
