Your Role
We're looking for a Graduate Front-End Developer to join our talented team and help create high-quality, accessible, and user-focused digital products. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who's passionate about front-end development and eager to grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll be involved in real client projects, and you'll be supported through structured learning and development as you grow your technical skills and understanding of industry best practices.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Contributing to the development of responsive and accessible websites using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Translating visual designs into functional front-end components
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high standards in development and delivery
Learning and applying performance and accessibility best practices
Staying up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
Supporting the team throughout the project lifecycle
Suggesting improvements to development processes and front-end approaches
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who:
Has a degree in Computer Science, Web Development or other degrees such as Arts
Understands the fundamentals of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Is curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn from others
Cares about creating accessible, high-performing digital experiences
Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Is interested in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte
Has experience with navigating design software to create websites e.g. Figma/Adobe XD.
It would also be great if you:
Have some familiarity with version control tools like Git
Understand the basics of accessibility and performance best practices
Have a basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Can share examples of academic or personal projects that demonstrate your front-end development skills
