Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a finance analyst at the entry level or graduate level.

• Manage the robust administration and accounting of sales investments (especially promotions), including promotion setup, invoice validation and deduction management.
• Support the period close process, including accruals management and balance reconciliations.
• Support Business Partners & commercial teams to translate sales account initiatives into accurate sales data forecasts for promotions, new products and other initiatives, and determine the performance of historic sales promotions and record the sales uplifts accurately in the system ("actualisation").
• Support the pricing team through preparation and execution of new finance system implementation
• Strong collaboration with other planning analysts and wider business stakeholders to support data preparation, cutover plans and embedding new business processes.

• Advanced Excel skills, e.g. comfortable with Pivots and V-Lookups & accounting
• Strong financial planning and forecasting skills
• CIMA or ACCA (Part Qualified) preferred or desire to study
• Good knowledge of financial systems
