Aureos Technical Solutions Limited (ATSL) is a leading provider of temporary works design, playing a pivotal role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the UK. We specialise in decommissioning, design, construction, installation, and maintenance for key sectors such as Rail, Highways, and Energy.

As a Graduate Design Engineer, you'll receive hands-on experience and comprehensive training under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. You will be supported by a team committed to your success and career progression.

During the two-year graduate programme, you will:

Develop your technical skills, including design activities, construction design in line with Rail Standards, and site surveys. Build essential leadership and communication skills, such as presenting, leading teams, and problem-solving. Gain exposure to a wide range of projects, with opportunities to get involved in sustainability through our exciting Sustainability Challenge, judged by our Senior Leadership Team.
In addition, we offer plenty of opportunities for you to connect with fellow graduates through networking events, summer away days, Christmas awards, and continuous training.

We're seeking graduates with a passion for engineering and a desire to make a difference. To apply, you should have:

A degree in a relevant engineering discipline. A Full UK Driving License. An understanding of CDM regulations and risk assessment processes. Experience with Microstation and ProjectWise is desirable but not essential.
