The Role
We require a reliable, focused and career driven individual to join our Technical Design department in the role of Graduate Design Engineer. As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will work alongside the technical and other departments to assist with the creation of quality commercial catering equipment designs, supported by technical information, that ensure the resultant Victor Manufacturing Products meet customers' expectations and are manufactured cost effectively.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Assisting with the Design of Commercial Catering Equipment in accordance with customer specifications.
Improving designs and efficiencies of existing products and offerings.
Collecting and developing a practical understanding of specific aspects of food catering display and counter systems and applying such knowledge to support the technical and contracts departments work.
Assisting in improvements to our manufacturing and assembly processes.
Process design modifications of units, parts and counters.
Performing other duties relevant to the post, and assistant other departments with Computer Aided Design when required.

Experience with solid modelling programs such as Solid Works, Solid Edge, Inventor or AutoCad -

Candidates shortlisted for interview will be required to provide examples of previous design work.
Hours of Employment
7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am - 3:00pm (Friday)
