We are recommencing our drive to successfully follow an exciting and ambitious 5yr business plan. MRK Associates was set up in 2011 and now has three specialist businesses: 1) Accountancy and Finance, 2) Revenue Management and 3) Data Analytics. Each area acts as its own specialist business with consultants focusing solely on their niche market in order to ensure they become knowledgeable in their sector and respected by their clients with the advice and value they are able to add. We work across the UK, Europe and into the Middle East with further growth planned this year.

As a graduate, you will be joining an established team of experts, into a formalised and structured environment. There is a full training program that will ensure you have the very best platform from which to launch your career and you will be supported by the team environment and working next to an experienced manager.

The job would suit an ambitious and intelligent graduate calibre professional looking for their first move into the recruitment industry. The successful individual will want to work in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated in their desire to be successful, be focused on pushing their earnings and will be looking for a career in which they can develop and progress over the coming years as MRK continues to grow.

Duties will include:

• Interviewing jobseekers to understand skills and personality.
• Appropriate shortlisting for live vacancies - backing your judgement to send a small number of quality candidates.
• Working with the Resourcing team to target specific candidates for live vacancies
• Meeting clients face to face to develop relationships/ to take in full job descriptions and understand client expectations.
• Multi-channel business development with employers including social media, events, networking and phone calls.
• Developing long term relationships with employers to build partnerships that will mature further over time
• Briefing candidates fully before interviews with information gained from client meetings
• Network building through numerous different avenues to raise your own and MRK\'s profile in the market.
