Reporting to the Sales Academy Manager, the Graduate Business Development Executive is money-motivated! The successful candidate will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, targeted tele sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
You will adopt a multi-media approach to engage business prospects in conversation through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Lusha.
Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Altus Group by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings for the appropriate team
You will have weekly achievable targets. For example: Creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.
Key Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients.
At least 6-12 months prior working experience in business development or sales
Ability to maintain courage and resilience when faced with rejection.
Consistently have the desire to strike up a conversation with new individuals daily regardless of rejection.
Ability to network and make new connections.
Adaptable, resilient and target driven.
Aptitude to learn and develop new skills - Open to asking for and receiving feedback, constantly looking inward to find areas of growth and development. Not taking feedback personally or as a criticism, instead seeing it as an opportunity to learn.
Salary: \xc2\xa323,000 per year base salary plus an uncapped commission structure!
