The Role



We're looking for a Graduate Business Development Executive to become the face of Adelpha - managing and growing our network of introducers, engaging directly with small business customers, and driving the continued growth of our loan book.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Hackney, London, with occasional flexibility to work from home.

Open to recent graduates and final-year students completing their studies this summer, this role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in business, finance, and client relationship management.

You will take ownership of inbound loan enquiries, guide introducers and customers through the full application process, and manage the process through to loan completion. You will also lead our LinkedIn presence and work closely with our underwriting team. A key part of your role will be deepening existing introducer relationships while proactively identifying and onboarding new partners to help accelerate our origination efforts.

Key Responsibilities



Be the main point of contact for our introducer network - managing relationships and supporting applications. Handle inbound loan applications, ensuring all the right information is gathered quickly and accurately. Support the underwriters with document collection and communication during the assessment process. Once approved, work closely with applicants to ensure loans are completed smoothly and on time. Manage Adelpha Capital's LinkedIn page - posting updates, engaging with our network, and helping to grow our online presence. Contribute to our direct loan origination efforts, helping to build out relationships with borrowers directly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system to ensure transparency and support decision-making. Jump in and help wherever needed - from reporting and CRM updates to process improvements.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

A recent or soon-to-be graduate (any discipline - business, finance, or economics preferred). Confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating by phone and email. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through. Interested in financial services and supporting the growth of small businesses. Comfortable working independently and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Quick to learn new systems and tools, including CRM platforms and social media.
