Job Description

Reporting into the supply chain manager you will be required to offer insight into business information including analysis, management and reporting of data across all business functions. You will be required to report to senior management teams and European HQ regarding data insights and IT projects for the business.

As a Graduate Business Analyst you will:

• Support the senior team with commercial activities, particularly BI report creation and analysis.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all information required to comply with the business\'s legal requirements regarding packaging waste.

Liaise with vendors and teams across the business to maintain the system with new product information and ensure that item master data for existing products is complete and accurate.

Maintain and update all necessary project documentation for ongoing and one-off projects.

Organise project meetings and supporting departments with time line planning.

Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and with counterparts within the European HQ

Create reports for the quarterly vendor and van stock counts, ensuring that returns are received and input in the required time frames.

Work alongside the Supply Chain Manager and Head of Sales Support to cover colleagues during holidays and absence from the business.

The successful Graduate Business Analyst will have:

• Previous BI Analyst or project management experience including the implementation of IT systems, and data management projects
• Strong IT skills, this will include advanced Excel skills
• A pro-active and organised approach to work
• Strong attention to detail, this role relies on accuracy
• Have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
