Evolve is recruiting for a rapidly-expanding, global Healthcare organisation that brings specialist products to the Nutrition market. As part of their growth, our client is seeking a driven and creative Graduate Associate Product Manager to join their Marketing team. You will be responsible for successful product management and marketing of their range of Enteral Nutrition products, Nursing Service and Home Delivery Service.

This is a full-time hybrid position, based both remotely and at their Runcorn Head Office a few days per week.

Circa \xc2\xa330,000 DOE + bonus, car, pension and more!

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Associate Product Manager

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Recent Marketing graduate, or scientific graduate with a placement year within Marketing.
• Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent demonstrable research into the medical marketing industry.
• Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative / Marketeer is highly advantageous.
• Keen desire to step into the Healthcare Marketing industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Associate Product Manager

• Focus on developing and implementing a marketing strategy across various NHS customer groups; as well as the operational management of your portfolio, whilst working closely with the Sales team to ensure excellent execution in the field.
• Be accountable for achieving target gross margin and sales for allocated product group/service.
• Be the expert in terms of product knowledge.
• Develop strategic marketing plans that enable product group/service to deliver the medium-term strategy targets, identifying risks and new business opportunities.
• Ensure that operational marketing plans and promotional campaigns are insight-based and deliver a differentiated, compelling customer proposition.
• Excellence in execution: to develop and implement high impact campaigns that deliver against business objectives both on time and within budget.
• Identify and investigate opportunities for new products and services, that meet customer needs and ensure continual improvement of the company offer.
