What will I learn?

This role combines hands-on learning in a commercial environment with academic study where you will gain a unique blend of practical business skills and industry-specific knowledge while developing core administrative skills in business operations ensuring smooth day to day operations.

The role offers practical training in administration, customer service, sales support, and financial processes, all within the context of the lubricants industry. You will learn about product specifications, quality control, and compliance standards, while developing strong communication, problem-solving and commercial awareness.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll develop the ability to analyse business situations, suggest improvements and support management in making informed decisions.

Requirements:

Applicants must have 3 Scottish Highers, 2 of which must be at grade B or above OR 2 A levels at grade B or above at least 16 years of age be resident in Scotland
You must be eligible for SAAS funding and have lived in the UK continuously without a break for 3 years before the course start date, and EU applicants must have settled status in the UK. As the apprenticeship is based in Scotland, you must be resident here before your employment starts and have a verified Right to Work in the UK.
