Gp Practice Nurse
Job Description
We are a friendly, busy GP practice based in Worcester Park, Surrey. We have just under 16000 patients. We are currently hiring a practice nurse to join our clinical team. We have 9 GPs, 2 nurses and 1 HCA. We have a mental health nurse, physiotherapists, clinical pharmacists and a social prescriber.
Ideally the right candidate would be confident in all aspects of General Practice Nursing incl Diabetes Management, COPD, Asthma, Wound Care, Smears and Baby Immunisations. A prescribing qualification would be desirable but not essential. We offer flexibility with hours, ideally looking for approximately 25 hours over 3 days. We offer a competitive salary, 5 weeks holiday and ongoing support and learning. We have onsite parking. We are fully engaged with NMWP PCN.
