Job Description

We are currently seeking a Handler to join our Medway Team. This hours are from 8AM-5PM. As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for:

Handle incoming calls from patients and other healthcare providers promptly and efficiently. Record essential information accurately on EMIS for multiple GP practices. Schedule the most appropriate appointments for patients, including GP, Nurse, Health Care Assistant, etc., adhering to different protocols for each practice. Refer patients to pharmacy first where appropriate and book appointments with Allied Health Professionals in line with their scope of practice. Manage call volume and maintain a high level of service across multiple sites.

Administrative Responsibilities:



Perform various administrative duties generated by patient calls. Accurately follow administrative processes and procedures. Maintain strict patient confidentiality. Perform call and recall duties to book Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomist clinics Assist practices to complete EMIS/Docman tasks Undertake any other delegated duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
