Successful candidate will need to be UK based (authorised to work) but role can be worked remotely with travel to London/Client visits when required
Looking for an exceptionally experienced Principal Architect to work as a Technical Leader - A Google Cloud expert who will be responsible for providing technical oversight and end to end delivery of projects within our Client\'s professional services business.
Working with our Client\'s customer\'s to understand their requirements and technical challenges using cloud (Google) technologies to devise solutions - Developing estimates for the skills required and time-frames to deliver projects, being able to turn these estimates into a clear proposal or SoW - Keeping technical projects on track.
What expertise will you bring to this role:
- Skilled in designing and implementing cloud native architectures based on modern SRE principles and best practices.
- Hands on skills working with a major public cloud platform in a production setting - GCP preferred.
- Comfortable working with common DevSecOps practices and tooling with the ability to go deeper than most on one or more domains - Software Architecture, Tooling/Pipelines/DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Databases, and/or Networking.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and complex engagements.
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences - Setting up video meetings internally and with customer\'s.
