If you're looking for part time, to fit around childcare, studies or other work, this will work. We are looking for candidates who can give weekly availability whether that be 1 or 5 days. Our clients needs part of their workforce to be flexible and called upon at the last minute
WE ALSO NEED PEOPLE FULL TIME
Monday - Friday ( temp - perm available for the candidates who are reliable and hardworking )
7.30am - 4pm general working hours
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Goods In operatives to support our current team.
The goods in teams unloading containers which arrive daily. Lots of hand balling goods so must be physically fit and have the ability to work on feet all day. Items are of huge weight.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be reliable.
Responsibilities
Assist in the receiving, sorting, and storage of goods to the warehouse. Manage shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely dispatch of products. Work safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures are followed. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Skills
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is desirable but not essential. Capability to load and unload goods safely while performing heavy lifting tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
