1. Golf Retail Supervisor - Muswell Hill Golf Club Pro Shop

Location: North London

Job Type: Full-Time (4-Day Week)

Reports to: PGA Professional James Wood

Are you passionate about golf and delivering great customer service? Join the team at the Muswell Hill Golf Club Pro Shop, the heart of one of North London's most respected private members' clubs.

We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and personable Retail Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day running of our busy Pro Shop, working closely with PGA Professional James Wood and the wider team.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Managing daily operations of the Pro Shop, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

2. Overseeing stock control, visual merchandising and supplier communication.

3. Delivering excellent service and building strong rapport with members.

4. Supporting tee time bookings, competition check-ins and general enquiries.

5. Collaborating with the coaching and golf operations team to provide a smooth front-of-house experience.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in retail or shop supervision, ideally in a golf or leisure environment.

2. Friendly, well-organised, and confident communicator.

3. A knowledge of golf is preferred but not essential.

4, Familiarity with EPOS systems or golf booking software (e.g. Intelligent Golf) is a plus.
