Sweetwoods Golf Club is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our Professional Team in the Golf Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys providing excellent customer service and being the welcoming face of our golf operation.

With a vibrant community of over 500 members, we take pride in delivering a first-class experience, and our Pro Shop plays a key role in ensuring that.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to members and visitors Retail sales and merchandising within the Golf Shop Opening and closing the shop Handling telephone and email inquiries Registering players before their round
While prior golf knowledge is an advantage, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Pay: 11.50-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
