We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work in a range of shifts and days, this means flexibility is required. Golf Events Coordinator Overview:
As a Golf Events Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our golf guests - from group bookings and society days to bespoke events. You'll manage reservations across golf, spa, and rooms, liaise with multiple departments, and ensure every detail is spot on. Your role is key in maximising revenue, streamlining operations, and delivering flawless guest service.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and process golf bookings, including societies, corporate days, and golf breaks
Manage group packages across golf, spa, and accommodation
Handle booking enquiries, changes, and special requests via phone and email
Maximise revenue through upselling tee times, buggies, catering, and additional services
Ensure accurate booking records and inventory management
Deal with queries, issues or complaints professionally and promptly
Occasionally support Front of House or other departments as required
What We're Looking For:
A confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
Experience with Opera PMS is highly desirable
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work varied shifts, including around one weekend day a month
A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
