Summary

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Executive for our Golf Centre. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and promoting the golf range, mini golf, footgolf, disc golf and golf courses, ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new visitors. Increasing footfall and sales specifically on - the golf range (range balls dispensed and loyalty top-ups), outdoor course users - golf, footgolf and disc golf, indoor min-golf users and golf centre food & beverages Increasing the % of golf range users using Trackman as a login Liaison person for Trackman, Your Golf Booking and U disc, Collaborate with the wider Cluny team to create promotional materials and campaigns Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention Day to day servicing of visitors to the golf centre, mini golf, footgolf, disc, and golf courses Cleanliness, and appearance of the Golf Centre

Requirements

Must play, or have played, golf. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Goal oriented in order to meet set targets A self-starter who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table Social media proficient (desirable)
