We are currently recruiting for a Global Network Relationship Manager to join our established and experienced Global Network team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Your role



The Global Network Relationship Manager will be responsible for multinational relationships from an operational perspective. Your role will be the focal point and you will develop expertise across the regions and be the key person on all matters that fall within those regions.



You will be responsible for monitoring service levels of the offices, managing the validation of key partners, data collection, escalation, and the building of relationships with all the local offices. Your role will also entail ensuring maximum territorial coverage is achieved and work in conjunction / collaboration with your colleagues responsible for other multinational partners.



There will be some overseas travel attached to this role whereby you will undertake visits according to business objectives.



Your role will also involve developing efficient solutions to international regulatory issues working with the servicing and producing offices to maintain effective controls and appropriate contractual agreements.

About you



To be successful in your role you will need previous experience of working within a multinational insurance context, either underwriting, Operations or claims.



Ideally you will have some relationship management experience but this is not essential. You will need to be prepared to travel globally to meet with strategic partners.
