Apply today!What you will be doingDue to growth with the team, MWI Animal Health have an exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing Manager to join our thriving organisation.Under the broad direction of the Director of Customer Marketing, the Marketing Manager (UK) is responsible for the successful launch and growth of new commercial solutions through planning and marketing strategy development and will develop strategies to drive demand for products through effective messaging and marketing programs. Our ideal candidate will understand animal health product marketing, technology product/solution commercialization, and will have the ability to partner with the solution developers and cross-functional teams for an in-depth knowledge of features and functionality of the producto Support the development and execution of product-related content (internal and external), collateral, campaigns, sales enablement tools, presentation materials, and client communications.o Partner with clients to develop and share best practices and generate case studies.o Serve as a key subject matter expert for assigned products and programs.o Define and track key success measures.o Oversight and quality assurance of product representation online and in publications, including images, descriptions, key words, taxonomy and collateral.o Marketing plan execution.o Management of advertising opportunities within the SPS marketing ecosystem.o Development, or oversight of the development, of all customer communications.o Coordination and/or development of sales channel internal communications.o Development of Sales Tools in support of product-based marketing initiatives.What your background should look likeEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:o Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, Business, or another related fieldo Significant experience in Marketing, Solution Development, Commercialization, or related role with animal health focus a pluso A track record of relevant work experience in product marketing, product management or strategy consultingo Experience with product marketing and/or go-to-market experience in technology companies - platform companies preferredo Experience working on product marketing throughout a product\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycleo Experience in B2B marketing and working closely with sales, operations, and product teamso Proven leadership skills, ability to manage up and drive consensus among executive stakeholderso Strong written and verbal communication skillso Strong collaboration and organization skillsWhat Cencora offersAll team members globally are provided with basic life insurance, personal accident insurance, business travel accident insurance, and EAP resources at no cost.
