Position Summary: The Global MCP Manager is responsible for the profitable and sustainable acquisition and growth of major capital awards. To achieve this primary goal, the Global MCP Manager must proactively identify opportunities, collaborate with Regional Managers and representatives to develop acquisition plans, and directly engage with specific key accounts and EPC firms. The Global MCP Manager will also work with internal cross-departmental teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled to meet or exceed customer expectations, serving as a primary conduit between the awarding body and OsecoElfab.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control all activities of the MCP department, participating in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts, Sales Teams, and Representatives to drive specification and sales in the Segment.
• Travel up to 2 weeks per quarter, including global travel.
• Work with Brand Communications to create segment-specific literature, training media, and a web-based platform that supports major capital project acquisitions in the segment market.
• Prepare KPI reporting to drive MCP acquisitions.
• Understand segment customer wants and needs, their business practices, core applications, and OsecoElfab\'s relevant technical solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and report on market information, including market trends, competitive strategies/actions, innovations, and other business conditions that impact the Segment.

• Possess at least 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific journals, financial reports, legal documents, technical drawings, engineering specifications, and bid packages.
• Proficient in presenting effectively to Board-level executives.
• Demonstrated selling techniques and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, interest, proportions, with an understanding of thermodynamics, pressure theory, and material science.
• Skilled in prioritizing jobs and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of developing, maintaining, and reporting the global pipeline of pending project activity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Office Word, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.

• Bachelor\'s degree (B. S.) from Four-year College or University
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing projects across multiple departments or
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within the industry
