• Global L&D Project Manager
• Hybrid-working (20% onsite in Uxbridge, West London)
• 12 month contract
• c\xc2\xa3425 to \xc2\xa3450 per day (via Umbrella)

The Opportunity: The Global Learning and Development Project Manager for Product Learning (80%) and Instructional Design (20%), will work as part of our client\xe2\x80\x99s Global Commercial Learning and Development (GCL&D) team and will be responsible for supporting the Director of Global Product Learning in the development and management of disease, product and campaign related learning assets. Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 worth of industry project management experience in a Global L&D environment
• Instructional Design and/or Training Professional Certification a plus
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related experience is very beneficial
• Strong experience with learning technologies and tools (e.g. Kahoot, Articulate Storyline, Brainshark, LMS, etc.)
• Experience working in global and diverse/multicultural environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, virtual technology (e.g., Zoom)
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred, ideally scientific/pharmaceutical background

Role and Responsibilities:

• Content Management and Development, Instructional Design - management of existing scientific learning content and assisting with the development of new learning content for launches (disease, product and campaign related content)
• Project Management - management of project timelines and roadmaps/operational plan/country trackers, together with close collaboration and management of external vendors as and when required
• Assisting and managing LMS content, incl. certifications and deployment of learning content
• Developing quizzes and knowledge checkers to be deployed via the new LMS system
• Supporting countries with the localisation of training content, e.g. administration of Articulate Storyline to deploy learning modules in different languages on the new LMS
