Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.


You will be leading and managing the Branding, Advertising & Sponsoring unit in the Group Corporate Communications (GCC) Division of Pictet to drive strategic initiatives in advertising, branding, and the execution of the Prix Pictet (Pictet's global photograpy prize). You bring a positive, creative, can do attitude to develop impactful campaigns and content that enhances brand visibility and positioning, while guiding a team in Geneva and London to achieve organizational goals and optimize processes.

Your role

Management
Lead, manage, and motivate the team and external agencies to produce amazing work that stands out from the norm in financial services through its wit, attention to detail and relevance. Report to the Head of Group Communications, contribute to the development of the overall communications strategy of the firm, and be a member the GCC Executive Committee. Effectively and efficiently manage a significant portion of the overall GCC budget.
Advertising, Branding & Corporate Identity
Develop paid and owned brand and visibility campaigns and content across various channels, including digital and social media, print and events, on a global level. Constantly seek to improve the positioning of the Pictet brand with its relevant audiences and advise the Business Lines of the firm on their use of the brand.
Execution of the Prix Pictet
Lead strategic planning and evolution of the Prix Pictet to further grow its positioning, while ensuring the independence of the prize. Work with Business Lines to include them in the execution of Prix Pictet events and exhibitions. Oversee the independent judging, nomination, and submission process. Grow the visibility of the prize with relevant audiences globally.

Your profile

University degree coupled with at least 10 years' experience in public relations and/or branding ideally within the financial services sector. English mother tongue, command of French and knowledge of another language would be a plus. Excellent leadership, communications and listening skills. A positive, self-confident and kind team player.
