An exciting opportunity has arisen for our global FMCG based at their central London office. Join their team as a Global Category Manager for Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management. You will drive strategic sourcing, influence stakeholders, and ensure optimal category performance.
Responsibilities: You will be accountable for:
- Developing and executing category strategies to exceed savings targets.
- Creating and maintaining forward-looking category plans.
- Identifying market opportunities and adapting to shifts.
- Collaborating with the business to drive value through commercial models.
- Communicating category concepts effectively.
- Managing project pipelines and maintaining accurate data.
- Strong academic background, preferably at degree level.
- Minimum 10 years of Procurement experience.
- International Procurement leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Best-in-Class Procurement practices.
- Business acumen to engage with senior management.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Strategic sourcing and category management expertise.
- Result-oriented mindset, focused on exceeding targets.
