We are now recruiting for a Global Associate Product Manager for PFT Solutions to join our growing team in the UK. With celebrating over 60 years in business, expansion plans and growth in the market, now is a fantastic time to join Vitalograph!

Responsibilities:


As the Global Associate Product Manager for PFT Solutions, you will be responsible for features and products within the PFT Solutions portfolio, whilst supporting the Global Product Manager in the continuing expansion of the global PFT Solutions brand.

Application of product management principles in practice, able to support the wider team in understanding values and priorities. Research customer and user needs to write detailed requirements and user stories to drive development. Work with the Global Product Manager PFT Solutions to understand (and possibly set) the scope and direction of features and/or products. Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences and be able to identify high value requirements that drive growth Build strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Assist marketing with collateral creation and that it reflects the value proposition accurately. Work collaboratively with the broader teams to identify and resolve dependencies. Support the Global Product Manager PFT Solutions and wider PFT Solutions team on tasks/projects. National and international travel related to direct customer and partner interactions, workshops and conference/exhibitions as required.

Educational Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. A least 1 years' experience in product management or related field.

Key Skills Required:



In depth knowledge of PFT Solution products and services, associated markets, and customer needs. Strong ability to work on both upstream and downstream product management. Good understanding of clinical tests required by customer serviced by PFT Solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with product management methodologies, agile development processes, and product lifecycle management. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry. Understanding of all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards as required.
