Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

To lead us through our journey of Engineering evolution and define the future of engineering in the water sector, we're seeking a transformational Senior Engineering Manager

Strategic planning & transformation initiatives Embracing innovation - from AI to DfMA to nature-based solutions Supporting an ambitious recruitment and resourcing strategy Driving performance, quality, consistency & delivery excellence Building an inclusive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture Supporting the Engineering Director to manage operations, risk and growth Championing sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement Representing the @one Alliance within the sector and beyond

What You'll Bring

Degree in Engineering (or related discipline) Project & change management experience (qualification desirable) Proven leadership in engineering, operations, and transformation A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower others Strong experience in improving performance through innovation Passion for sustainability, safety and creating long-term impact
