It involves leading coaching sessions for younger age groups, assisting with older squads and the womenxe2x80x99s team, and contributing to player selection decisions.The role ensures the effective running of the pathway by managing schedules, coordinating with parents, and supporting player development across multiple age groups.Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage the Girls Early Engagement pathway programme (U10 to U13xe2x80x99s)
