We have a great new job opportunity for a German speaking Customer Services Representative to join an international wellness and feel good company, located in central London.

LANGUAGES
Fluency in German is essential. Fluency in other language, such as French, is an advantage but not essential

Central London, 100% office based

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to support their German speaking business customers (mostly agents and distributors ), they wish to recruit a German speaking Customer Services Representative. Your job will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Support all German speaking customers ( independent Business Owners and customers)
• Liaising with other departments such as warehouse, logistics
• Managed shipping orders, samples, payments, refunds etc.
• Work with customer care teams on issues that require attention and providing a timely resolution to any issues or queries

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Fluency in German is essential. Fluency on other languages, especially French, is an advantage but not essential
• Must be professional and empathetic towards conversations
• Customer care experience is preferred
• Call centre experience is preferred
• Good communication and phone manner
• Must be able to work full time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to translate training material as and when required
• Sometimes weekend and evening work will be required
• Ability to hit sales targets
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism

SALARY
