Are you a fluent in German or native?
Have you got experience working in customer services and looking for a new challenge??
Guildford, Hybrid working
\xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa328,000 (DOE) PLUS a performance bonus, pension scheme, staff away days, annual bonus & SO MUCH MORE!!!
Required: Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:30PM
Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join an award winning business based in Guildford.
Due to rapid growth the team are expanding and looking for enthusiastic German speakers to support with the customer delivery to the companies European consumers.
You will be working in a buzzing environment, supporting the busy customer services/ sales support teams with processing of the orders, through live chats, high-volume calls and always maintaining exceptional customer service!
Do YOU have??.
- Fluency in German/ Native
- Previous customer service experience
- Very strong attention to detail
- Confident using different platforms/ Channels
