A leading site and ground investigation company based South of England. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, are currently looking for a Geo-Environmental / Technical Engineer with minimum 2 years experience.

They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Geo-Environmental/Technical Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Position: Geo-Environmental/Technical Engineer

Location: South of England Salary: Up to \xc2\xa336,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site investigations, including soil and rock sampling, groundwater monitoring, and environmental assessments.
• Perform laboratory analysis and interpret geotechnical and environmental data.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, including geotechnical and environmental assessments, risk assessments, and remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of geotechnical and environmental solutions for a wide range of projects.
• Conduct fieldwork, including site inspections and monitoring, to assess ground conditions and identify potential risks.
• Utilize geotechnical and environmental software and equipment to gather and analyse data effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
• Full UK Drivers License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of geotechnical and environmental principles and practices
• Proficiency in conducting site investigations, laboratory testing, and data analysis
• Familiarity with relevant software and equipment used in geotechnical and environmental engineering
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
