Our Client

\xe2\x80\x8bOur client, a leading mid-market Private Equity firm are looking for a generalist Compliance Associate to join their London team.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Transaction advice to the front office, Eg. transaction due diligence, deal team queries

Partner with London Compliance team on day-to-day regulatory and AML matters.

Oversee and assist post-investment portfolio monitoring program.

Manage direct communications with investors through the Investor Advisory Board.

Developing and maintaining all relevant policies, procedures and systems and controls in connection with marketing, investor relations and communications.

Provide regulatory advice on marketing of current or future funds to potential investors from all over the globe.

Your Profile

Educated to bachelors degree level.

Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Detail orientated and the capacity to handle sensitive information.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
