General Manager - July 2025

REPORTING TO:

Board of Directors CES/Micronclean Ltd

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Operational and Financial Management

GENERAL SUMMARY:



Overseeing the daily operations of the company and working alongside the National Sales Manager. The GM ensures that the operational and administration departments are running smoothly, aligns with the company's strategic goals, and drives growth and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:



Strategic Planning: Developing and executing the company's business strategies to achieve its goals and objectives. Leadership: Providing inspiration, motivation, and guidance to leaders and managers within the organization. Financial Oversight: Overseeing the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. Compliance: Ensuring that the company adheres to legal and industry guidelines as well as in-house policies. Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining trust relationships with the business owner, business partners, and statutory authorities. Crisis Management: Handling problematic situations and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Mentoring and managing the Management Team to provide the necessary support to meet the company objectives.

RENUMERATION



1. Salary 60,000 to 63,000 per annum

2. Bonus scheme linked to this businesses profitability

3. 39 Hours per week Monday to Friday.

4. Holiday 23 days (25 days after 5 year service) plus Statutory Holidays

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL TRAITS



1. A Bachelor's Degree

2. An MBA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.

3. At least 5 years of proven Senior Management experience, within a commercial business environment.

4. Creative and entrepreneurial approach to business.

5. IT Literate - Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook

6. Experience of using fully integrated accounting/ERP system is essential.

Pay: 60,000.00-63,000.00 per year
