We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence in service. Manage kitchen operations, including food production, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while maintaining quality. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food production and kitchen management. Excellent bartending skills with an understanding of beverage service. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Pay: 26,500.00-32,000.00 per year
