Due to fast growing business in Post Wave, were hiring General Manager of our London company, an essential pioneer role for Post Wave London.
About the Role
The GM will be responsible for: directing strategic publishing delivery initiatives and management efforts, including transforming all departments (from copyright to sales) from a reactive strategy to a proactive attitude to create awareness for publish programs; leading a high-performance team to guarantee enablement for partners, employees, and customers; developing a delivery strategy to achieve predefined targets.
About You
- Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience with publishing industry is a plus
- 5+ years of team management
- Self-motivated with excellent time and resources management
- Excellent attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team
- Empathy and attention to team well-being
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures
