Duties

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Develop training programmes for new employees, focusing on skills such as bartending and customer service. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, specials, and overall brand presence.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hotel industry. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effective team management. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff.
