General Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven general manager to oversee all restaurant, bar and functions
To be successful as a manager you must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate your team and provide high standards of customer service.
As General Manager you will:
Be fully responsible for the running of the restaurant and bar
Be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
Be hands on and committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
Be able to multitask

Qualifications
Proven experience in supervising and managing teams within a restaurant or hospitality environment Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations Experience in bartending and serving, enhancing customer satisfaction Knowledge of hotel operations and barista skills is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-27,500.00 per year
