Are you a Manager from a joinery/manufacturing background? Are you looking for a days-based role with a clearly structured career progression route to Director-level?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will oversee a busy manufacturing site. Working autonomously you will oversee all aspects of the site operation, playing a key role in the success of the business.

Alongside this the company will support your development with ongoing training and offer the chance to progress to a company Director for the right candidate.

The company are a specialist manufacturer of technical furniture and work with a wide range of blue chip clients. Due to the successful expansion of the business, they are now looking for a General Manager to work with their ambitious growth plans.

This position would suit somebody who has experience of managing production or operations and has knowledge of the joinery/shopfitting industry.

The Role:

• Overseeing all workshop employees and production at factory
• Overseeing production planning
• Progression to Directorlevel

The Candidate:

• Production/manufacturing management experience
• Knowledge of joinery or shopfitting
• Looking for career progression
