General Manager \xe2\x80\x93 small island hotel \xe2\x80\x93 Western Isles
We are a small hotel on one of the Western Isles and are looking for an experienced General Manager to run the hotel. The hotel is part of the community and as such, you will be someone who is keen to know the locals and welcome visitors.
- Package includes free private accommodation
- Salary of \xc2\xa335,000
- Also interested in a management couple, with the other being a chef \xe2\x80\x93 salary for that would be \xc2\xa370,000
- You will be a General manager who has lived on an island and understands remote living and island life
- This is a hands-on role and suits someone who would like to treat this as their own
- As General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel
- You will be the face of the hotel and engage in the community with genuine warmth
- The hotel runs 12 months a year and so even through winter
- We are looking for someone who is experienced in a General Manager role in a similar setting
