In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll oversee all operations, from the Glencoe Gathering Bar & Grill to our newly opened Red Shed Pizza. Your responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving revenue, and maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage. With a flexible approach and strong leadership, you'll also collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements, manage budgets, and develop strategies for growth.
