Our maintenance team is committed to ensuring everything works as it should, to deliver.

You will be a master multitasker, a fixer and a doer with the tools to keep our sites looking and working great.

As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure client satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth running of property maintenance.

Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential

This role is being offered on a permanent basis, offering a company van, fuel card, pension and security in your role.

Be able to multi skill outside their core trade - to include plumbing, general building, carpentry & roofing and general PPM compliance tasks.

Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance works in

Commercial & Industrial settings.

Be able to identify issues and be able to problem solve/decision making

Must have the ability to operate safely and have a good knowledge of Health and Safety

Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be able to complete and send paperwork/photos electronically via our tablet system.

Essential:

Experience of carrying out planned maintenance or refurbishment works

The individual will be expected to travel around Bristol, Cardiff and surrounding areas to carry out work on site.

These repairs are carried out for large food chains so there are jobs that sometimes have to be scheduled for out of hours (overtime rates apply)

Competitive rates based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
