Job Description

We have an opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join our plant based in Knottingley.

The role forms part of our General Maintenance team, responsible for daily PPM tasks and any in house electrical installation works/projects.

The role is working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, overtime is available.

Basic Salary of 37,325. Premiums are paid for weekend overtime & bank holiday working.

Stoelzle Flaconnage is deemed Stoelzle's centre of excellence concerning development, production and decoration of Premium Spirits Bottles, with the capability to produce glass containers from 5cl up to 4.5l in extra white flint glass or feeder colouration. Due to the utmost flexibility, the site is able to also manufacture small batches for limited editions of luxury brands.

Responsibilities

Complete preventative maintenance check sheets as required by Engineering Foreman.

Carry out repairs to all on site electrical and mechanical equipment as required.

Complete all electrical works in line with current legislation and regulations.

Leave all electrical equipment and panels in a safe and secure state so as not to endanger themselves or others.

Assist General Maintenance Fitter as required.

Assist Shift Engineers as required.

Carry out all on site electrical installations.

Any other duties at the request of the Engineering Foreman, or other staff managers.

Skills & Qualifications Required

- Have experience in a similar or relevant role.

- Knowledge needed of PLC's, 3 phase supplies, synchronous motors and complex electrical and mechanical systems.

- NVQ Level 3 or above in electrical installations.

- Professional approach.

- Someone who can work independently; multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.

- Practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in!
