Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a work environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
