We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our work environment and supporting skilled tradespeople.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials from lorries and transporting them to designated areas. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising workspaces. Support skilled workers by providing tools and materials as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Participate in the assembly and disassembly of equipment or structures as required. Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers. Site clearing

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
