Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment. This role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organising work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility in working hours as projects may require additional hours or varied shifts. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
