Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction and maintenance operations. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up to maintain a safe and organised work environment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure personal and team safety on site.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or similar position is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to the role.
