We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties

Assist chefs and cooks in the preparation of meals and ingredients. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, including washing dishes and utensils. Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and storage. Support catering events by preparing food items as directed. Participate in cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Assist in Receiving & Storing Deliveries Follow all Health & Safety Procedures

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary skills. Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A willingness to learn new cooking techniques and assist in various kitchen tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during service periods.

Full time up to 40 hours per week on a Shift Schedule mix of Day ,Evening & Week End Work No Split Shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 11.44-13.50 per hour
