• Experienced operating modern machinery to the highest standards, such as a top spec Fendt 720.
• Roles include but not limited to hedge cutting, rolling and trailer work.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
• Being part of a team growing a range of crops.
• Other general arable duties will be required as necessary as well as general farm work and routine maintenance.

• An understanding of precision farming and modern agricultural machinery.
• Telehandler licence would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and strong commitment to environmental protection.
• Enthusiastic with a professional manner.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks.
• Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a multifunctional team.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
