Delivering top-tier customer service
- making every customer feel welcome and ensuring afriendly, engaging atmosphere
.Assisting with food & drink preparation
- supporting baristas and chefs indelivering fresh, high-quality products
.Keeping the cafe running smoothly
- helping withcleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep
.Taking orders & serving customers
- ensuringfast and efficient service with a smile
.Presenting products beautifully -
ensuring displays lookabundant, inviting,
andvisually appealing.
Maintaining health & safety standards
- ensuring the cafe remainsclean, safe,
andcompliant.
Bringing energy & enthusiasm
- supporting apositive, team-focused work environment
